By installing or using LifeKeeper, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
LifeKeeper is a local-first household organizer for family, home, vehicles, documents, warranties, expenses, bills, tasks, calendar and reminders. V1.0 stores data on your device and does not require an online account.
3. Your responsibilities
- Keep your device unlock method and backup password secure.
- Create backups before changing phones or wiping the device.
- Do not use LifeKeeper for illegal purposes.
- Understand that lost devices without a backup can mean lost data — platform cloud backup of the app vault is disabled by design.
4. Not professional advice
LifeKeeper is not a medical, emergency, legal, tax or banking product. Information you enter is for personal organization only and does not replace professional advice or official services.
5. Intellectual property
The LifeKeeper name, app, design and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or a written license.
6. Store purchases and future Pro features
V1.0 ships free without a paywall. If paid features or subscriptions appear later, store terms (Google Play / App Store) and an updated policy will apply before charges.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that backups will succeed if you lose the password or interrupt restore incorrectly.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeKeeper and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from use of the app. Your sole remedy may be to stop using the app or reinstall from a backup you control.
9. Website
This website (lifekeeperai.com) provides product information and the legal pages required for store listing. It does not host your household vault.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
